A creditors committee is normally appointed by the US Trustee.  The committee signifies most of the creditors in the bankruptcy proceedings and and will negotiate an appropriate system of reorganization.  A Chapter 11 program is verified only when there are is vote and agreement in the creditors.Illustration of lenders and creditors in bankruptcy
